As a Web Developer, I designed and developed an integrated Electronic Delivery Order (e-DO) system along with e-Invoice and e-Tax functionalities for a freight forwarding company. The project aimed to digitalize customer request processes and streamline internal document management through a paperless, eco-friendly approach. Built using Laravel, MySQL, and SQL Server, the system facilitates a seamless workflow from customer request submission to document issuance, with centralized data management and enhanced accessibility for both customers and administrators.

This project successfully transformed a traditionally manual freight forwarding workflow into a fully digital, paperless system, improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. By enabling self-service requests and automated document management, the application reduces operational overhead while contributing to sustainability through reduced paper usage.
