As a Web Developer, I built a hospital quality management assessment system using Laravel and MySQL. This platform was designed to standardize and simplify the evaluation process for hospitals in Jakarta, ensuring that each institution can undergo structured testing, submit their results, and obtain certification efficiently.

The system provided dedicated modules for both participants and administrators. Hospitals could register for assessments, track their evaluation progress, and securely upload test results. Administrators could monitor submissions, review performance data, and issue certifications based on final scores.
