Overview
The Indonesian Vocational Creative Camp (KKSI) marked as my very first project in the field of coding, where I served as the team lead. Our challenge was to create an e-commerce platform tailored for vocational school students, aimed at improving their entrepreneurial abilities through practical, hands-on use of technology.
Built using CodeIgniter for the backend and MySQL for the database, the platform offered core e-commerce features similar to professional online stores
Key Features
- User Registration & Profiles — for both buyers and sellers
- Product Listings — allowing students to upload, edit, and manage their items
- Shopping Cart & Checkout — to simulate real purchasing flows
- Order Management — enabling sellers to track and fulfill orders
- Basic Analytics — providing insights into sales and product performance
- Search & Categories — for easier navigation of products
- Secure Login System — to protect user data
As the team lead, I coordinated task assignments, ensured code quality, and guided the project from planning to deployment. Beyond the technical aspects, the experience taught me leadership, project management, and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
Through this project, I was able to combine my technical expertise with a social mission—leveraging technology to support education and youth entrepreneurship.
