As a Web Developer, I designed and implemented an IT Division Management System that centralizes and optimizes IT department operations. Built on Laravel and MySQL, this application covers critical functions such as troubleshooting logs, procurement tracking, warehouse management, and employee resource requests. Additionally, the system integrates analytics for performance monitoring and supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure and seamless user authentication.

This solution aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and coordination within the IT division, providing management with actionable insights and automating routine processes.
