Overview

The System Configuration project focused on preparing and optimizing a server infrastructure based on Ubuntu Server and Proxmox to meet specific project requirements. The configuration process encompassed both networking and service-level setups to ensure smooth operations, security, and scalability. This included domain hosting and management, SSL registration and renewal, as well as secure data transfer services via FTP and SFTP. The end result was a robust, secure, and well-integrated server environment ready to host applications and services reliably.

Key Features

SSL Registration

Acquired and installed SSL certificates to enable encrypted communications and enhance security.

Domain Hosting

Configured the server to host primary domains, ensuring proper DNS settings and uptime.

Subdomain Hosting

Implemented subdomain configurations to support multiple services or applications under a single main domain.

Domain Renewal Management

Monitored and renewed domains to avoid service interruptions.

FTP Server Setup

Deployed and configured an FTP server for efficient file management and transfer.

SFTP Server Setup

Enabled secure file transfer using SFTP for encrypted and authenticated data exchange.

Through meticulous system configuration, the project successfully delivered a stable, secure, and versatile server environment capable of supporting diverse application needs. By integrating domain management, SSL encryption, and secure file transfer services, the infrastructure is well-positioned for long-term operational reliability and security compliance.
